How the refill system works
We invite you to bring your own containers, though don’t worry if you arrive empty handed- we do have brown paper bags here for you, plenty of attractive refillable jars and bottles available to buy, and often we have pre-used, clean containers for you to re-use and take away if you wish. Alternatively, If you’d rather we filled your containers for you we will. Additionally, you can drop them off with a list, we will fill them accordingly and you can pick them up later when you are ready.
1. WEIGH
Weigh your empty container on our scales and grab the bar-code sticker the scales give you.
2. FILL
Fill your container with the amount you want.
3. WEIGH
Return to the scales, scan your bar code and re-weigh - the scales will give you a new little sticker with the true weight of your goods.
4. PAY
Pay at the till. It may be new to you, but really it is simple. We are always on hand to help.
