Handmade in Egypt from natural loofah plant fibres, this body loofah provides a plastic-free alternative to synthetic bath sponges and exfoliators. Once soaked in water, the loofah softens and becomes flexible, making it ideal for gently exfoliating the skin and removing dead skin cells. A natural Egyptian cotton hanging loop makes it easy to hang the loofah up to dry between uses. When it eventually reaches the end of its life, the natural loofah can be composted and will biodegrade naturally.

HOW TO USE

Loofah plant and Egyptian cotton.

Before first use, rinse the loofah thoroughly. Soak in water until it softens, then use with natural soap or shower gel on damp skin in gentle circular motions. After use, squeeze out excess water and hang to dry using the cotton loop. The loofah can occasionally be washed by hand or in the washing machine, or soaked in bicarbonate of soda to freshen it.
