This organic basil is perfect for pasta and tomato sauce. While the drying process softens its bright notes, it develops a more allspice and clove-like flavour, offering a distinct taste from fresh basil but still remaining highly versatile. For the most intense flavour, add it at the end of cooking, or sprinkle it over fresh pizza or slow-roasted parsnips. It’s also a delicious addition to a variety of cooked dishes, especially those with fish, chicken, and vegetables like aubergine, squash, and courgettes.

PACKAGING
All dried food orders are packed in home compostable brown paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. Some natural oils may seep through onto other items. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
