Organic barley flakes have a rich, malty flavour and are suitable for porridge, muesli, granola, and baking. They can also be added to soups and stews to thicken and add texture.
To eat as a muesli, combine with other cereal flakes such as oats and enjoy. Or use as an oat substitute in any baking recipe.
Rye flakes are another great option for making muesli or using as an oat substitue in bakes.

All dried food orders are packed in home compostable brown paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. Some natural oils may seep through onto other items. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
