Organic black beluga lentils are known for their rich flavour and firm texture. Great in salads, soups, stews or grain bowls.
To cook, simmer for 20-25 minutes until tender but firm using a 1:3 ratio of lentils to water or broth. They do not require soaking.

PACKAGING
All dried food orders are packed in home compostable brown paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. Some natural oils may seep through onto other items. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
