Organic cannellini beans have a mild flavour and creamy texture, and are rich in protein and fibre, making them suitable for soups, salads, pasta dishes, and dips.
Make sure to soak your cannellini beans for 5-8 hours or overnight, drain and then rinse them. Simmer in fresh water for 1-2.5 hours or until tender. Add salt in the last 10 minutes to prevent tough skins.
