Organic green split peas from Italy with a naturally earthy flavour. They are high in fibre and plant-based protein and break down when cooked, creating a thick texture suitable for soups, stews, and dhal. They can be cooked with garlic, herbs, or spices to add flavour.
No soaking required, simply rinse and simmer until soft. Rinse 1 cup of green split peas and combine with 3 cups of water or broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 30–45 minutes until tender

Some natural oils may seep through onto other items. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
