Organic mace powder is made from the outer aril of the nutmeg seed and has a warm, aromatic flavour with a slightly pungent taste. It is suitable for use in cakes, puddings, sausages, burgers, and buns, where it adds subtle spice and depth. Grown in Sri Lanka, it is traditionally cultivated in forest garden systems.

PACKAGING
All dried food orders are packed in home compostable brown paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. Some natural oils may seep through onto other items. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
