Nigella seeds have a distinctive savoury flavour with notes of onion, black pepper, and herbs. They are commonly used in Indian, Middle Eastern, and North African cooking, and are particularly popular sprinkled over naan and other flatbreads. Nigella seeds can also be added to curries, pickles, roasted vegetables, salads, and spice blends to provide a fragrant, savoury flavour and subtle crunch.

PACKAGING
All dried food orders are packed in home compostable brown paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. Some natural oils may seep through onto other items. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
