Organic quinoa flakes have a mild, slightly nutty flavour and cook quickly, making them suitable for porridge, baking, muesli, and energy bars. Naturally gluten-free and a source of plant-based protein, they are a versatile alternative to oats.
To cook, simmer 2-3 parts liquid (water or milk) and add 1 part quinoa flakes. Reduce the heat and stir until thick and creamy.

PACKAGING
All dried food orders are packed in home compostable brown paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. Some natural oils may seep through onto other items. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
