MORE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT AND HOW TO USE
Organic rye flakes have a deep, distinctive flavour and are made from rye grown in Cambridgeshire. They are great for use in breads, crackers, porridge, and muesli, or as an alternative to rice or pasta in savoury dishes.
To eat as a muesli, combine with other cereal flakes such as oats, or add hazelnuts for a rich, earthy crunch. You can also use rye flakes as an oat substitute in any baking recipe.
Barley flakes are another great option for making muesli or using as an oat substitute in bakes.
