Made with British-grown organic wholegrain spelt, this Rigatoni has a distinctive nutty flavour with warm notes of toasted almond, walnut and caramel. The pasta is traditionally bronze-cut and slowly dried at low temperatures to help retain the natural flavour and goodness of the grain.
It's delicious with rich tomato sauces, creamy pasta dishes, roasted vegetables or simply tossed with olive oil, herbs and Parmesan.
Cook in boiling, salted water for approx 8 minutes (depending on how you like your pasta)

All dried food orders are packed in home compostable brown paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. Some natural oils may seep through onto other items. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
