Steenbergs Organic Ras el Hanout is a traditional North African spice blend combining a carefully balanced mix of warming herbs and spices. Rich, aromatic, and gently spiced, it is ideal for seasoning tagines, couscous, roasted vegetables, lamb, chicken, and rice dishes. Use it as a dry rub, stir it into stews, or add it to marinades for authentic Moroccan-inspired flavour.

PACKAGING
All dried food orders are packed in home compostable brown paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. Some natural oils may seep through onto other items. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.

Steenbergs ras al hanut is hand blended at their eco-organic spice factory in North Yorkshire. Ingredients include Spanish saffron, rose petals, cubeb pepper, orris root amongst others. Unfortunately this blend cannot be organic as some of the ingredients we view as essential are not possible to buy organic. However, many of the spices we use in it are organic. We can also assure you that it is completely vegetarian and suitable for vegans.
