Steenbergs Organic Za'atar is a traditional Middle Eastern blend of herbs, sesame seeds, and spices with a distinctive savoury and slightly tangy flavour. It is suitable for sprinkling over flatbreads, mixing with olive oil as a dip, seasoning roasted vegetables, grilled meats, salads, and hummus. This versatile blend adds authentic flavour to a wide range of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes.

PACKAGING
All dried food orders are packed in home compostable brown paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. Some natural oils may seep through onto other items. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
